Carpet Repair Warranty - We will warranty our workmanship for two full years from the date of service. This includes corrective inserts (patches), seams, and re stertching. If carpets are worn or damaged to a high degree, we may limit or exclude this warrannty at our discretion. If this is the case, we will inform you at the time of service." Your satisfaction is our greatest desire". this warranty is given to you in writing at the time of service.
Carpet Cleaning Warranty - We will reclean any areas that you are not satisified with, within 3 days of service. our warannty includes "wick ups" -stains or spots that surface during drying conditions,or any chemical reactions such as browning ,blotching,or yellowing. Any stains that do not come out we will notify you of before we leave your home,those are not considered under warranty. Again, your satisfaction is our greatest desire.
How to Prepare for Carpet Stretching - In most cases all furniture needs to be romoved from the work area prior to our arrival.This also includes closets openly connected to the room..please vaccuum any visible debris prior to our arrival .Children and pets should be kept out of the work area at all times. Please inform us any of the following conditions prior to work commencing,hidden speaker wires,phone lines,cable wires,security system hard ware, or any other foriegn objects beneath the carpeting..deteiorating carpet backing,defective carpet seams,defective subflooring,previous installation flaws.Also, please inform us of any weak walls that could be damaged if used to brace the powerstretcher against.If there are any other items that need to be brougt to our attentin please do not hesitateto do so. We want you to be completely satisfied so you may fully enjoy the benifits of properly maintained carpet.
How to Prepare for Carpet Cleaning - Please remove as many items off the carpet as possible. Pin up any bed skirts or full length draperies, this can easily be accomplished with a clothes hanger. Large items such as sofas and loveseats,dining room tables,coffee tables, end tables can be left in the room if not feasible to remove. We will clean underneath these items and block or tab them off the carpet to protect the carpet.extra charges may apply to more than 1 to 2 pieces per room. Typically we clean right up to entertainment centers, beds, dressers etc (items that are cumbersome and very difficult to elevate off the carpet).
Please clear your drive way of vehicles and move any vehicles out of the garage if you plan on leaving while we are cleaning your carpet. Pets and children should be kept completely out of the work area and the cleaning van/equipment. Vaccuum your carpets prior to our arrival, especially pet hair and visible debris. We typically hook up to a water spigot on the outside of your home. Please desigate and test one for our use. We can also adapt a hook up to sink faucets, washing machine hookups,etc, when spigats are unavailable. Open all windows when practical. Dry time (usually 4 to 12 hours) can be decreased with additional venalation such as ceiling fans, attic fans, and area fans. Persons with asthma, chemical sensitivites, respitory ailments should not be in the area during the cleaning process.
Non-carpeted areas such as vinyl flooring ceramic or wood may be slippery during and after cleaning,please take addittional care and inform other members or guests of these conditions. Please inform our technician of any spots or stains that may requre special attention and,if possible what caused them.
